Ube Milk Tea 

Ube (pronounced oo-bae) is a nutritious purple yam, mostly grown in Asia, known for its vibrant purple color and delightful sweetness. Inspired by our founder's childhood in Hawaii, where ube pancakes and ice cream were favorites, we crafted a convenient grab-and-go Ube Milk Tea.

Sourcing took us to the beautiful Taiwanese countryside, where our co-founder Olivia Chen's family is from. Our ube is farmed and harvested by multi-generational farmers, while our organic Taiwanese mulberry leaf tea — great for heart health and reducing inflammation — creates a caffeine-free treat perfect for the whole family!
